At expoion, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original packaging.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must have the original tags attached.

Note: Final sale items and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at service@expoionus.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2: For defective or damaged items, please attach clear photos showing the issue.

Step 3: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package.

Step 4: Provide us with a valid tracking number for the return parcel.

4. Return Shipping Costs

To maintain our commitment to offering the most competitive prices and high-quality products at low margins, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for all returns and exchanges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additionally, any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee for returned items.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed for the item's purchase price back to your original method of payment within 5-15 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process after receiving the package.
